We will always strive to make sure you are happy with your experience with Paws 'n' Hoofs and its products. We think you will love your order as much as we have loved creating it, however if you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help.
IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase if your product is faulty. We will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment upon receipt of the item back to us and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
IF YOU HAVE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you have simply changed your mind then we will accept the return within 14 days of purchase providing it is in a 'as new' condition with all of its product packaging intact and unopened. It should also be returned in its original postal box packaging if possible. We will refund back to your original payment method upon receipt of the item. The refund will not include any return postage costs or the original postage cost.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
To return a product, please send us an email with your order number explaining why you wish to return your item/s. I will reply giving you instructions as to what to do. If you have any additional questions, please contact me using the contact page or email us.
